At Sukin Naturals, we take pride in delivering products that are natural, safe, and carefully packed. Since our products are consumable, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged during transit, we are happy to assist you with a return and refund.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged during transit.

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Login to your account on our website.

Go to My Orders and select the product you wish to return.

If eligible (within 7 days), a Return button will be visible.

Click on the Return button, select the reason, and submit your request.
Verification Process

Our Customer Care team will contact you within 48 hours of submitting your request.

You will be required to provide photos or videos of the unboxing that clearly shows the damage.

This helps us verify that the damage occurred during transit and not after delivery.
Refund Process

Once your return request is verified and approved, your refund will be initiated in the original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
