Refund policy

At Sukin Naturals, we take pride in delivering products that are natural, safe, and carefully packed. Since our products are consumable, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged during transit, we are happy to assist you with a return and refund.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged during transit.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Login to your account on our website.

  2. Go to My Orders and select the product you wish to return.

  3. If eligible (within 7 days), a Return button will be visible.

  4. Click on the Return button, select the reason, and submit your request.

Verification Process

  • Our Customer Care team will contact you within 48 hours of submitting your request.

  • You will be required to provide photos or videos of the unboxing that clearly shows the damage.

  • This helps us verify that the damage occurred during transit and not after delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once your return request is verified and approved, your refund will be initiated in the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account.

  • If you have not received your refund after 15 days, please contact us at support@sukinnaturals.in.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged products during transit.

  • No replacements, exchanges, or returns will be accepted for reasons other than damage during delivery.

  • We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity of our natural and consumable products.
